Tick and assign a sub-folder in App folder wpb2d where the backups will be stored. Set the frequency of backup. I usually take backup daily. If you also update your blog everyday, taking daily backup is good choice. Also set the timing. The plugin provides you option to exclude the unnecessary files from being backed up. Tick those files and folder of your database which you want to exclude.
